By using aplomb.org.in you agree to these terms. Please read the section on what this service is not — it is the important part.

What we provide

Structured self-assessments and the reports generated from them, and optional one-to-one counselling sessions with qualified practitioners.

What this service is not

• Not a medical or psychiatric service. Our assessments cannot diagnose any condition and do not attempt to. Nothing here is a substitute for assessment by a qualified professional.
• Not an emergency service. We do not monitor responses in real time. If you are in crisis, call Tele-MANAS on 14416, or 112 in an emergency.
• Not a prediction. Reports describe patterns in how you answered on one day. They are decision support, not a forecast of your results, your career or your relationships.
• Not financial or legal advice. Salary figures, course fees and market outlooks are estimates for planning. Verify them before committing money.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information. A report built on inaccurate answers is worthless.
• You must be 18 or over to purchase. Under-18s may take assessments with the consent of a parent, guardian or their educational institution.
• Do not share access codes beyond their intended use, or resell reports.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or copy the assessments.

Payments

Prices are in Indian Rupees and shown before you pay. Payment is processed by Cashfree Payments. Access to a report is granted immediately on successful payment. See our refund policy.

Sessions

• Sessions are 60 minutes unless stated otherwise.
• Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours notice.
• A session missed without notice is treated as delivered.
• A counsellor may end a session and refund it if they judge that your needs require a different kind of professional. They will tell you why and help you find the right one.

Intellectual property

The assessments, question banks, scoring logic and report templates belong to aplomb.org.in. Your report belongs to you — share it, print it, show it to whoever you like.

Limitation of liability

Decisions about your education, career, relationships and health remain yours. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months. Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified on this page with a revised date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of the jurisdiction in which aplomb.org.in is registered have exclusive jurisdiction.
